Swan Harbor farm gives you the option to choose your caterer and vendors as long as they are properly licensed and insured. The Baltimore/ D.C. metro area is home to some of the best caterers, florists, and decorators in the entire country. You can choose from a wide range of fantastic local vendors that will make your special day magical.

Swan Harbor Farm is available to book year-round and offers availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Prices are divided into single and double bookings.

A single booking will give you seven hours at the venue, four of which are set aside for your event. The facility rental fee is $3000 for up to 250 guests and the price increases based on the number of chairs and tables you will need for your event. A $500 security deposit is added on and an $850 deposit is required at booking. The final price of a single booking comes to approximately $3940 to $4495 depending on the number of guests.
Double Bookings are also available on Saturdays and give you 13 hours at the venue. The rates are doubled for the added time so a double booking would run approximately $6940 to $7495. The patio, gazebo, and fishing pier provide an expansive area for your cocktail hour. Your guests can drink in the beauty of the bay while sipping their cocktails and celebrating the new couple. After your cocktail hour has concluded, you and your guests could retreat into the reception tent located on the historic lawns of the fam. You and your guests will dance the night away in an elegant and modern reception tent while still having constant access to the breathtaking view of Chesapeake Bay. The high ceilings and chandelier exude class and the access to the water will leave your guests with an unforgettable evening. Swan Harbor farm’s reception tent can accommodate 250 guests and provides electricity and modern amenities.

Swan harbor farm is located on the shores of Chesapeake Bay and offers some of the best waterfront views and all of Maryland. In addition to this valuable Bayfront property, Swan harbor farm has a charming and historic farmhouse that will add old-world character to your special day.

Built-in the 1740s, the farmhouse can accommodate you and 125 of your closest guests. The first floor of the farmhouse is perfect for your reception and ceremony. Despite being almost 200 years old, the farmhouse has all of the modern amenities that you need to keep you and your guests comfortable. Updated restrooms, central air, and a full commercial kitchen make this historic farmhouse feel like a brand-new venue. The farmhouse also provides dressing rooms and gathering spots for the wedding party on the second floor.

If you prefer to have your ceremony and reception in the ambiance of the great outdoors, Swan harbor farm has plenty of options for you.
