The Overhills Mansion features a rental price that shifts based on the time of year, day of the week, and the number of guests. Rental fees can range anywhere from $1300 to $3000, but that does include the entire estate for up to four hours. There is also a $2000 catering minimum required for this venue. For the full package, you can expect to pay anywhere from $3000 to $7000 for this incredible historic venue.

Outdoor options are available and feature the beautiful backdrop of the mansion's traditional Victorian architecture. Garden ceremonies are popular and feature a flowered trellis backdrop for when you say 'I Do'

The mansion features three separate verandas that are perfect for your guests to gather. These allow the conversation to take place while looking at the amazing views of the Estate's surroundings.
The mansion features a fully inclusive bridal suite so that you can prepare for your big day in privacy. The suite posts in elegant architecture that will make you feel like royalty. A groom’s room is also available so the entire wedding party has the space necessary to look their best.

The Twelbeck and Pfalzgraf rooms feature plenty of space for your guests to gather. A full-service bar is available in the Pfalzgraf room so you can host a fantastic cocktail hour before the reception.

All of these beautiful features culminate in the majestic and historic grand ballroom. This space can accommodate 200 of your guests in an architecturally magnificent space. The Crown molding provides a truly classic feel as the large windows allow the sunlight to pour in. Chandeliers adorn the high ceilings and truly create an atmosphere of elegance.
