The Overhills Mansion features a rental price that shifts based on the time of year, day of the week, and the number of guests. Rental fees can range anywhere from $1300 to $3000, but that does include the entire estate for up to four hours. There is also a $2000 catering minimum required for this venue. For the full package, you can expect to pay anywhere from $3000 to $7000 for this incredible historic venue.
