Rental rates for Gramercy Mansion can change based on the day of the week and the time of the year. All rentals are set for four hours, but extra time can be added for an additional cost of $800 an hour. The mansion does charge a ceremony fee of $500 to set up and tear down your chairs. From April to December, you can expect the rental rate to sit between $3000 to $7500. The winter months offer a slight discount. You can expect a rate of $2500 to $5000 from January to March.

Gramercy Mansion does not have a caterer on site so you will have to provide a caterer of your choice from an approved list. All of the caterers on the list provide fully customizable menus at a variety of price points so you can be sure that yours gets will be satisfied. Gramercy mansion does offer a list of officiants that often work in the mansion, but you are welcome to choose your officiant as you see fit.

Gramercy Mansion Wedding Costs

If you prefer to host the majority of your event outdoors, Gramercy Mansion has options for you as well. The mansion features a fully landscaped and manicured garden that is filled with beautiful greenery and breathtaking flowers in the summertime. The ceremony garden provides a magnificent location for you to share your vows and the shade garden features a marble gazebo that is sure to leave your guests impressed. Reception tents are available so that you and your guests can dance the night away in the gardens without fear of inclement weather.

Gramercy mansion also offers hybrid weddings that utilize both indoor and outdoor space. Every event has access to the entire first floor of the mansion, a full commercial kitchen, and the entirety of the mansion’s gardens. The Atrium and Carriage House both offer heating and central air so you can utilize the space year-round

The Carriage House is a more intimate option for your indoor reception. Accommodating 100 of your closest family and friends, The Carriage house offers access to a kitchen and three large rooms on the ground floor. The Carriage House’s courtyard features charming views and a beautiful marble fountain.

The Atrium acts as the central location for your special day. Accommodating up to 200 guests, The Atrium is perfect for a seated or non-seated cocktail hour, dinner, and reception. With gilded ceilings and an elegant chandelier, The Atrium is filled with a warm light that adds to the romantic atmosphere of the mansion. The floor-to-ceiling windowed doors give you full access to the gardens and allow for additional natural light to fill the room. The Atrium is a storybook location and the perfect venue for an indoor country-side wedding.
