The Royer House is a carry-in venue so you must provide your decorations, floral arrangements, and catering. All vendors are approved with the venue as long as they are insured. This allows you to make the perfect backdrop even better with your personal touch.

Pricing varies greatly based on availability, package, and day of the week. In addition to their base packages, this venue also has add-ons that pamper the bridal party and make your special day perfect.

Vendors, Pricing, and Add-ons

The Royer Wedding Package is the perfect choice if you want to turn your unforgettable day into a weekend getaway you and your guest will remember forever. This package includes everything from the signature package while adding an overnight stay and special accommodations. The lovely couple will have full overnight access to the Honeymoon Log Cabin while 10 of your most important guests stay in the historic farmhouse. Overnight guests check-in at 11 am on the day of the wedding and can stay late into the afternoon on the following day.

This package also includes a lovely brunch for up to twelve guests. A full brunch menu, including mimosas and a bloody Mary bar, will be delivered to your door, making you feel like true royalty. This package is available for Friday and Saturday weddings and must be booked six months in advance.

The Royer Wedding Package

The Signature Wedding Package at the Christian Royer House is sure to impress. You and up to 200 of your guests will have complete and exclusive access to the grounds for eleven hours. One of the property’s Day of Facility Coordinators will work with you to make your day exactly as you have envisioned it.

With the signature package, you have the choice to hold your ceremony in either the front yard of the historic farmhouse or on the banks of the breathtaking willow pond. After the vows have been said, you and your guests will make your way to your reception tent where tables and Chiavari chairs will be provided. A luxury restroom trailer will also be provided for your guests to use.

In addition, the wedding party will have access to the Bridal and Groom Suites and the common areas of the historic farmhouse. A one-hour rehearsal time will also be included. This package is available May through October and can also be applied to a Weekday wedding in which you have access to the grounds for eight hours.

For your ceremony, The Christian Royer House offers two storybook scenes for you to say, “I Do”. If you are looking for a majestic backdrop that is sure to take your guests breath away, The Willow pond is the perfect option for an outdoor ceremony. Your ceremony will take place on the banks of a beautiful pond surrounded by timeless willows. The pond’s fountain adds to the atmosphere of your special day. White wooden chairs are provided and add elegance to your ceremony.

For your reception, The Christian Royer House offers a spacious reception tent that matches the elegance of the historic grounds. You and 200 of your guests will dance the night away under twinkling lights. With access to the grounds, the reception tent allows you to enjoy a modern reception indoors and a view of the stars from the historic acres of grounds.

The Christian Royer House also offers a multitude of additional accommodations to make your special day perfect. Overnight accommodations for your guests will ensure that your loved ones will be near to celebrate with you. The honeymoon log cabin on-site is sure to provide a private moment for the newlyweds. The tree-lined driveway and acres of traditional Northeast fauna provide endless opportunities to capture the perfect photos.
